Phone Errors to Avoid
- Don't stutter or stammer.
- Have a list of all of your services handy so you remember everything and can sound confident when explaining them to others.
- Have a daily contact goal and stick to it. It's ok to be aggressive but not overly so.
- Never ask a question that can be answered with a no.
